Future Concerts

The Second Annual ASTA-LA Chamber Music Festival is February 11, 2012, at Frederick Loewe Performance Hall, University of Redlands.

All former participants in CMIsc are encouraged to perform. As we offered, those who performed with us in summer 2011 will be provided free registration.

This is a festival for groups of 2 through 9 players, at any age and skill level, including teachers with teachers, teachers with students, professionals with amateurs, as long as there is at least one string player in the group who is a member of American String Teachers Association-Los Angeles, or coached or sponsored by an ASTA-LA member.

The choice of literature may be classical, pop, or alternative styles. Each group registers for a 15 minute time slot. The event starts at 4:00 pm and continues until 9:00 pm. You may come and go as you wish. An application form may be downloaded here (pdf). Application deadline is January 21, 2012. Students from last summer's 2011 sessions may register for free.

Let us know if you want to be in a group . . . email or call 562-804-2725
